To realize it, architect place consultants practice room at front base of home while waiting room adjacent with front terrace, shaded with partition wall from wood and have separate access from main door. Thereby, border of both of rooms explicit without disturb owner privacy and home façade appearing.
To give spacious impression and maximize limit land, open layout designed. Most front is guest room with transparent partition with stairs area void and other rooms so it feels wide when enter the house. At middle area, there is dining room, family room, and pantry ordered unity without partition. At the back, there are guest bedroom, and kitchen, which placed opposite, flank the back terrace.
In order to get fresh air and natural light in maximal to every corner of the house, architect designed aperture that is slit opening void at plafond meeting above dining room with back wall in form of wide transparent glass. Slit opening also seeing at up floor, balanced with wooden lath formation at up floor plafond. Stairs area designed as void 2 floor with glass film railing.
Partly of windows framed with teak wood, others with white aluminum, so seem attractive. At up floor, designed home theater room. Beside sophisticated audio equipment, this room designed with one wall from glass and intentional incline created and perfect with stairs railing. To create comfortable and elegant interior atmosphere, there are simple minimalist furniture.
Every room designed with different themes, for example, guest room dominated with gray colors at partition wall, and table, also broken white on wall and chairs leather cover, Barcelona Chair, created by Mies Van der Rohe. Dining room and family room dominated with chair and sofa in black leather, wallpaper and carpet have cream chocolate color with awesome lighting. Modern ethnic accessories make room appearing more beautiful. Kitchen designed to appearing dark coffee brown and silver combination.
