This modern house has three structure parts, the house, outdoor covered terrace, and shelter for cars that unify with motorcycle garage. The three parts configured in interesting order. The outdoor covered terrace placed between the house and the cars shelter creates privacy to enjoy the minimalist garden at side of house, and also become shading pathway to the house. The house has two-storey structure; the second floor is for private gym/fitness area. Built in open structure plan at side of garden, the house building has creative laminated wood outer casing with thermal insulation. Designed by Schaufler-Roskovec Architects.
