The 1101 Jackson building is a 5-story, classic red brick building located in the Old Market Historic District. The top 4 floors were entirely gutted down to the concrete columns in preparation for the construction of new luxury residential condominiums.
The complete exterior ‘face lift’ included new, larger windows that allow the lofts a more spacious and airy feeling. An elegant, gourmet restaurant is located at street level, and BVH worked with the restaurant to enhance their visibility by adding new outdoor patio seating, iron railings and signage.
