This is space reconfiguration design for rooftop penthouse utility room with cross-ventilation concept and open space style. New structural steel used, creating open construction to make maximum view between indoor and outdoor also between the spaces. To unify and order the space of this modern apartment penthouse renovation, different window and door types, various lighting sources and miscellaneous flooring materials were replaced or refinished with a singular vision throughout. There is roof top terrace completed with modern pergola in woods slats structure create beautiful outdoor living. Minimal fixtures and furniture used, so the spaces look more spacious. An ethnic décor create unique sense for the minimalist interior design. Designed by ochsdesign.
