Situated on sloping terrain of beach side, this modern house has split-level design to create fluid open plan living with its separations and connections. And also to optimize access to beach panorama and create comfort living. From front terrace that has direct views to the beach, connect with lower living room. Higher level consists of kitchen, dining and family room that flow to rear loggia and pool. The rear loggia and pool has an elegant minimalist garden with two natural stones wall. One of stone wall completed with water fall that fall in to pool. What a relaxing spaces!
